Marketing Manager (Healthcare)

Calling all Marketers with experience in the healthcare (pharma, biotech, medical device or other) or product marketing space. Our Medical Device partner is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team in a full time capacity.

This is a fully remote, direct hire position planning to start around September/October.

This Marketing Manager will be responsible for:
Collaborate with Urology Director to help establish product marketing strategy to align with business strategy
Oversee marketing plans and tactical execution for the product and aligning those with the product and sales teams including marketing literature creation, events management, digital campaign strategy and execution
Collaborate with the in-house digital marketing, media planning/buying and creative teams for development of materials to support events, digital marketing campaigns, etc.
Manage internal requests from sales or other teams including brochure creation, events support needs, trainings, and more
Write job briefs on marketing requests, timelines and budgets
Oversee new and existing product launches/campaigns
Identify areas of opportunity for growth and improvement of product marketing plans and campaigns
40% event management, no less than 6 conferences per year with additional tradeshows and trainings
15-20% digital campaigns for the product primarily focusing on social media, display ads, and print ads
Remainder industry campaigns - working with journals, universities, surgeons, urologists, GPO and IDN's of medical devices, etc.

The Marketing Managers required qualifications are:
B2B Marketing Experience
Strong project manager
Comfortable traveling as needed (25%) (North and Latin America)
Ability to balance a creative marketing approach with a heavily regulated industry

The Marketing Managers preferred qualifications are:
Experience in a product marketing role for healthcare products (medical device, pharma, biotech or the like)
Agency experience managing product marketing strategy and / or execution for healthcare clients
