Our client, a leader in the cybersecurity/app security industry, is looking for a full-time Customer Marketing Manager to join their team!

The Customer Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting global initiatives that drive customer marketing programs that engage and delight customers through their journey. While this role is within the demand generation and marketing program space, it's through a specific lens of current customers - focusing on nurturing their experience, as well as adoption of new products/features.

Key responsibilities include:
- Own marketing communications to customer base and identify stages in customer journey to engage on specific upsell and adoption opportunities
- Identify opportunities to develop targeted campaigns to influence greater product adoption
- Build marketing campaigns, programs and other initiatives, collaborating and working with Product Marketing, Sales and Digital to launch effective programs
- Develop understanding of customer base, personas and distinct journeys of customers
- Develop and execute programs leveraging community, webinars, newsletters, contests, videos and more
- Help build communication plans to announce new product offerings or features
- Work with Marketing Ops to measure campaign performance, define metrics, KPIs and make recommendations

Three areas this role will focus on are:
1. Driving Adoption: once customer is onboarded, ensuring they are using the product and using correctly
2. Customer engagement: keeping customer engaged through newsletters, webinars, new product launches, etc.
3. Expand: expanding customer relationship and having them adopt new products/features

The ideal Customer Marketing Manager will have:
- 4-6 years of experience creating and executing marketing campaigns and programs that drive customer engagement
- Experience in the B2B/Tech/SaaS space is preferred
- Familiarity with lead generation and customer marketing
- Proficiency leveraging segmentation, adoption and usage data to develop demand gen programs
- Expertise in direct digital marketing best practices including email, social and retargeting
- Experience working cross-functionally and partnering with teams
- Experience in Marketo, Salesforce, Jira
