Our client, a media services company, is looking for a full-time Supervisor, Programmatic Media Buyer, to join their growing media team as client requests increase and new clients are acquired.

The Programmatic Media Buyer will be:
- the day to day account lead on assigned Programmatic Media Buying accounts, working closely with assigned teams of Analysts as well as SEM, Media, Ad Ops, Social, Analytics, and other account teams to ensure campaigns are fully integrated and client goals are met
- working with the team lead, to spearhead innovative Display, Video, Connected TV, and Audio media proposals which achieve client objectives and drive campaign performance
- leading client strategy sessions and reporting calls
- building, maintaining and growing clients, Programmatic vendor, and partner agency relationships
- analyzing data in order to make optimization recommendations to be implemented by junior team members while working closely with partner agencies to align on strategy and optimizations
- mentoring and teaching junior team members best practices to Programmatic media buying

This Supervisor, Programmatic Media Buyer will have:
- 5-7 years experience managing programmatic campaigns with a Demand Side Platform or equivalent experience with a Supply-Side Platform
- agency experience is a must have
- Bachelors degree or equivalent, preferably in marketing, business or any quantitative or analytical related fields
- strong digital media background and project management skills, management and/or mentor experience of junior team members and presentation skills
- experience using DSPs such as Trade Desk, PulsePoint, AdMission (internal tool), and others, DSP certified is a plus
- strong quantitative analysis skills
- ability to make recommendations of statistically significant data sets
