Our client, an insurance provider for collector cars in Cherry Hill, is looking for a Demand Generation Manager to join their team for a hybrid full-time opportunity!

The selected candidate would be required to come on site for 2 - 3 days a week in their Cherry Hill office.

The Demand Generation Manager will:
Create, execute, and oversee Collector Car Division digital capabilities to plan, organize, and increase digital effectiveness (including organic, paid search, and social media marketing).
Develop and execute short and long-term multi-channel campaigns to drive leads and the sales pipeline.
Lead A/B testing strategies and execution across all channels.
Monitor and optimize campaigns and programs.
Stay current on industry trends and digital capabilities of partners, competitors, and potential vendors.
Develop, execute, and optimize demand generation and paid advertising efforts aligned with business goals, namely PPC and Social Advertising (7-figure budget).
Utilize, develop, own and execute demand generation activities including engagement campaigns (nurturing), prospect intelligence, lead scoring, digital content strategy (i.e., gated offers)) and more.
Assist with landing page optimization, lead gen and follow-up, and SEO projects.
Assisting in content development to target consumers through the full lifecycle.
Identifying new channels and advertising tactics to encourage bottom-line business growth.
Delivering performance reports to leadership and departments which you partner with.
Take ownership of pipeline creation and meeting monthly and quarterly MQL and pipeline targets.

The Demand Generation Manager will have:
3-5 years of demand generation experience.
Independent, strategic thinker with demonstrated experience using critical thinking/analysis skills to generate measurable success.
Extensive project management background managing digital projects from concept to implementation.
Expertise with reporting capabilities and know how to use Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and social media effectiveness/monitoring tools.
Expert in Google, Bing, and Facebook Advertising Suites, Google Analytics and Excel (pivot tables, V lookups, etc.), with knowledge of other digital software.
Solid background with variety of industry standard tools (Marketing automation, CRM, Google Ads, etc.).
Synthesize data to make data-driven decisions while balancing against the 'art' of media strategy.
Prior insurance industry and/or CRM project experience preferred.
