Our client in Plano is seeking a FULL-TIME Proposal Manager to join their growing marketing team! This is a remote position that requires occasional time onsite for project-based needs.

The Proposal Manager will be the key player in driving all internal practices regarding the proposal process from start to finish. They will also have the opportunity to work with the marketing team on various projects throughout the year.

Proposal Manager Responsibilities:
- Serve as the project manager to establish timelines/deadlines for multiple projects, proposals, etc.
- Coordinate with technical staff to create/edit proposals and presentations
- Review, evaluate, and fully understand RFP/RFQ requirements and instructions
- Schedule and lead kick-off meetings for pursuits and proposals
- Collaborate with external and internal teams to obtain information to prepare accurate submittals
- Write, edit, and proofread proposal sections and accurately complete all required forms
- Coordinate the production of proposals for online and/or hard copy submissions
- Conduct interview prep with technical staff and prepare slide decks in advance of interviews
- Develop text and graphics for marketing materials, including proposals/statements of qualifications, brochures, presentations, project sheets, professional correspondence, etc.
- Represent the company at pre-RFQ meetings, client-facing meetings, etc., as needed
- Track outcomes for proposals/pursuits
- Develop and/or update resumes for current/new personnel
- Perform other general marketing tasks including writing company e-newsletters, helping with social media, coordinating special events, and other projects, as needed

Proposal Manager Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Journalism, English, Marketing, Communications, Graphic Arts or similar
- 5+ years relevant experience
- Experience writing/editing proposals
- A/E/C industry experience / interest in engineering and construction
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, and Microsoft Office
