Our social media giant client seeks a Product Marketing Manager to join their team in this 6 month freelance role!

This role will be 100% remote, but you must be based in the following approved location(s):

San Diego, CA

The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for the following:
- Deeply understand advertiser requirements, market needs, and opportunities in order to collaborate with product, engineering, research and design teams to shape product strategy for new and existing lead generation ad products
- Own go-to-market strategy for a portfolio of lead generation ad products, guide cross-functional teams in developing client communications, create product documentation, and develop sales collateral
- Ensure the right level of alignment, consistency and flexibility in approach across regional and vertical teams, with the goal of scaling impact while meeting market-specific needs
- Support post-launch product adoption growth efforts

The ideal Product Marketing Manager should possess the following:
- 6+ years of work experience, including 4+ years experience in marketing, consulting, communications, or internet technology, and experience contributing at both strategic and operational levels
- Analytical, data driven decision-maker with experience using deductive reasoning to simplify and communicate complex issues
- Experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, start-up environment and executing large-scale projects
- Organization and people skills and experience setting priorities, problem-solving, multi-tasking and working independently in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace
- Demonstrated experience driving resolution in the context of competing perspectives and a track record of effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results

Preferred Qualifications:
- 6+ years professional experience with digital advertising products
- Experience in a product marketing capacity (partnering closely with product management, product marketing and/or engineering)
- Experience in the advertising space with online media buying and campaign creation tools
- Masters in Business Administration
