Our healthcare client is seeking a CX Researcher to join their team 40hr/wk, fully remote. This will be for 1 year with a high chance of extensions.

The ideal CX Researcher will have:
- Background is quantitative-heavy in research, with qualitative interpretation strengths
- Familiarity with CX, UX, product design, human centered design thinking, customer and user research, and/or journey mapping projects within a complex organization.
- Understanding of best practices in CX including customer experience design, product development, customer service, operations and process (lean sigma or Agile).

The Customer Experience Researcher will be responsible for:
- Define and refine research plans including interview guides, participant observation, information gathering tools, immersive research, SME conversations, surveys and more.
- Creating implementation guidelines and transition plan to experience design team and product managers to ensure alignment with strategic initiatives and the product
- Identifying customer needs through data analysis, primary and secondary research and competitive intelligence.
