We have partnered with the largest retailer in the country who is looking to hire Lead Product Designers across multiple teams.

Customer team/ Membership group who creates omni-channel experiences for current and new benefits for members/customers. Could be in-home, rewards, other partnerships. Customer and member facing how do I get fuel discount, Inhome delivery, scan and go, free shipping, etc.

Customer/ Discovery- product discovery all the way from home page, navigation, search and item page really thinking about how they get people to the right product and tell the best product story they can along the way. This role would be focused on new ways to story tell on the home/search results page, thinking about how to make the item page work harder, bring in new features and tools to optimize product discovery funnel. Ideal candidate would be from companies like Nordstrom, Target, and Wayfair or have an ecommerce background

Customer/Social Commerce- Think how do you tie social media and ecommerce together? On home page, mobile, etc. Integration of social feed, API's, influencers sharing recipes and pushing back to commerce.

Health & Wellness - This team works on tools health clinics, vision centers and pharmacist uses and manages all the shared experiences across their ecosystem - scheduling, searching, design patterns, etc. You'll focus on the E2E path both store side and .com for how consumers find prescription eyeware and receive physical/virtual care from their clinics.

Senior Designer/Customer Fulfillment team. This team touches all aspects of the funnel. Looking for someone with ecommerce and/or brick and mortar experience - think Sephora, Instacart, etc.

As a?Lead Product Designer,?youll own larger initiatives, collaborate with partner teams, facilitate conversations, create concepts, run design sprints, and build rapid prototypes.?You'll also help mentor other junior designers.

Ideally the Lead Product Designer will have:
-7+ years of experience
-B2C/ Ecomerce experience in a complex environment
-Strong E2E experience
-Mobile and web experience
-Portfolio that showcases strong interaction design, nice visuals, e2e storytelling.
-Knowledge of Figma, Sketch, Zeplin and InVision.
