Rate Up to $40hr/wk, depend on experience
Our global real estate client is looking for a Marketing Associate, full time 40hr/week, hybrid 3 days onsite / 2 days remote in Menlo Park, with possibility to convert to Full Time early 2023.

Top 3 Must Have:
- Strong project management skills
- Experience developing action plans/setting priorities for multiple projects
- At least 2 years of marketing experience in B2B, Commercial Real Estate, Agency, Professional Services, or Architecture

The Marketing Associate will be responsible for:
- Working with stakeholders and design team to put together external client marketing plans and collateral including:brochures, email campaigns, website, signage, presentations
- Partnering with stakeholders to provide ideas and create property stories and work with design team to visually express marketing plan / goals
- Content creation and short form copywriting for marketing deliverables
