Graphic / Production Designer

Our commercial real estate client is looking for a Production Designer to join their team full-time onsite in San Francisco!

- Do you have experience working within commercial real estate, real estate, or corporate services? (please specify)
- Are you proficient in Adobe Creative Suite?
- Are you comfortable with taking direction and feedback from multiple team members and applying according to deliverables?

Responsibilities:
- Provide graphic support for regional marketing team and executive leadership.
- Conceptualize, plan, design, and produce a wide range of graphic and/or illustrative material, from simple to complex (i.e. brochures, fact sheets, direct mail, etc.)
- Design service line newsletters, internal leadership communications and regional client newsletters
- Design multi-media presentations as needed (flash e-mail, videos, etc.)
- Execute all regional web site, maintenance and minor content updates
- Create graphics for local and regional event and tradeshows under direction of regional marketing team

The ideal Production Designer has the following experience:
- 3+ years professional design and graphics experience (preferred Adobe products experience - PC based.)
- Strong production skills and knowledge of print processes required - experience using both traditional process and web based digital process providers
- Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat
- Experience with both traditional and digital RFP and presentation generation, standardization and creation
- Knowledge of Macromedia Studio MX tools (i.e. Dreamweaver and Flash.)
- HTML experience a plus
- Experience with Flash ActionScript 2.0 and JavaScript
- MS Office Suite experience required
