Our retail client, one of the largest names in the Kitchen & Bath industry, is looking for a Tradeshow & Event Project Manager to join their team for 40 hours a week through March 2023.

This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of an industry leading retailer and manage all tactical aspects of tradeshows and events! This position will require up to 50% of travel time typically between September - April and the remaining time will be on campus an hour north of Milwaukee.

Tradeshow & Event Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed budgets and timelines, which will include presenting various reports and summaries to Account Managers and Project Managers
- Work with designers to develop exhibits, displays, floor plans, layouts etc.
- Work with vendors to request quotes, negotiate, submit purchase orders, supervise installation and dismantling

Tradeshow & Event Project Manager Requirements:
- Experience managing timelines, budgets, installation and dismantling for tradeshows/events
- Strong written and verbal communication, comfortable negotiating with outside vendors and presenting details crossfunctionally
- Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time and the remaining time will be in office
