Our historic retail client located 30 min from Madison, WI is looking for an Art Director to join their specialty brands creative team!

The role will be hybrid, 2-3 days onsite per week. They are offering relocation.

The Art Director will be responsible for:
- Helping design for and manage retail creative campaigns, focused on digital and social media
- Performing creative reviews for 2 designers to ensuring creative is aligned with goals, on time and on brand
- Assisting prepping for photoshoots (shot list creation) and photo art direction

The ideal Art Director will have:
- Design background and experience concepting campaigns
- Experience directing photo shoots
- People management experience including creative reviews and mentoring
- B2C experience, ideally within retail
