Our rapidly growing retail client is in search of a remote UX/UI Lead who can join their team full time.

The UX/UI Lead must have:
- 5+ years as a UI/UX designer including a lead role
- Ability to present designs to stakeholders
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, PhotoShop & Illustrator
- A portfolio showcasing UX & UI designs
- Experience partnering with UX Researchers
- Expertise with: design principles,prototyping, user scenarios, wireframes, flows, experience maps, etc.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment (little supervision)
- Retail experience is ideal
- Nice to have skills: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and animation

The UX/UI Lead will be responsible for:
- Partnering with Product Owners to scope out new design projects (customer needs, schedule constraints,etc.)
- Designing process/screen flows, concept sketches, annotated wireframes, interactive prototypes & high fidelity mockups
- Presenting design strategy to stakeholders
- Mentoring 1-3 remote UX/UI Designers
- Managing design libraries & design systems
- Adhering to product branding requirements
- Translating research findings into wireframes & prototypes
