Our Fortune 500 client is looking for a Brand Manager with
5-7+ years of related experience. Direct-Hire + hybrid schedule (2-3 days a week in office) located in Topeka KS.

The Brand Manager is responsible for helping to identify and develop innovation and growth opportunities. A key part of this role will be leading the development and execution of marketing strategy and programs to meet business objectives. This this position works closely with the cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and drive value for the company's customers.

Brand Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Lead global brand and business strategy, equity and innovation
- Development and execution of strategic growth plans to achieve short and long-term business objectives.
- Work with all regions to understand their needs and future growth opportunities
- Partner with Insights and Data team to understand industry trends
- Develop, manage and lead global equity for their brand and develop communication guidelines for all regional marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and colleagues

Brand Manager Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in pet, strategy, innovation, CPG, pharma, wellness
- 5+ years of Related branding experience
- Strong analytical skills and experience dealing with data
- Proficiency with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets
- Up to 10% travel
