Our Financial Services client in the real estate investment and development space is looking for a seasoned, analytical results-oriented Brand & Marketing Director to drive marketing strategy and execution for their Corporate Brand Strategy and Reputation group. This is a full-time, hybrid opportunity, starting immediately.

The candidate will have a B2B marketing and/or experience working with financial services companies, hedge fund groups, or investment management firms to be considered.

The Brand & Marketing Director will be a strategic partner and own the brand, marketing, and campaign development, employee experience, corporate communications, internal communications, and special projects that align to business goals and disrupt the industry with brand marketing and innovation.

Responsibilities include:
- Create and execute strategies that engage decision makers across the platform
- Develop creative briefs and manage third-party agencies on behalf the Corporate Brand Strategy and Reputation group to elevate brand and achieve goals
- Partner with social media to maintain a content calendar that aligns with marketing initiatives
- Devise and track KPIs and analyze performance against marketing goals to help inform and optimize strategy
- Create, plan and roadmap platform brand development, set weekly targets, dashboards and provide updates to key stakeholders to keep everyone aligned
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure efforts are cohesive and coordinated across all touch points
- Manage and grow team members

Qualifications include:
- 12+ years marketing experience - B2B/B2C financial services, real estate, technology and/or agency experience preferred
-A bachelors in marketing or a related field required - MBA preferred
- Strong ability to clearly communicate with cross-functional teams
- Proven success building and executing go-to-market plans
- Meticulous, organized, efficient
- Experience with media planning/buying, SEO, inbound marketing concepts, buyer personas, content journey maps, campaign development, and website development
- Proficient in tools like Slack, JIRA, Microsoft 365, Asana, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, etc.
