Our client, a well known global financial services company, is looking for a Lead User Experience Researcher to join their team full-time.

This remote will be hybrid with onsite/offsite flexibility. The Researcher can report into either Columbus, Chicago, or Plano, and there may be relocation assistance available.

The Lead User Experience Researcher will develop research strategies that deliver actionable insights using qualitative and quantitative research methods to improve and innovate desktop and mobile user experiences for the company's employees. You will also:
+ Scope and craft research plans
+ Conduct research sessions
+ Present findings to business stakeholders

The ideal Lead User Experience Researcher will have 5+ years of experience planning and executing user research studies, as well as:
+ Proven experience working on complex projects
+ Expert knowledge of qualitative and generative methods
+ Corporate experience
+ Clear, articulate and assertive communication skills
