Job Description:
Our client, a creative agency, is looking for a Producer to join their team. This is a hybrid role ideally but does have remote flexibility for 30-40 hours a week.

The ideal Producer has experience working technically heading a team of character animators and virtual asset producers, and knows the tools available for bringing a character to life.

Producer Duties:
-Establish, maintain and implement project plans, schedules, and roadmaps. Ensure the team is on track with their goals
-Guide the production team and the department leads to implement the project plan
-Build effective communication structures for the studio, and keep collaborators advised on project status, risks, dependencies, and opportunities
-Contribute to the development and refinement of shared production processes to increase studio efficiency and quality
- Collaborate with the team to advance the development of production management-related software and get hands-on with implementing improvements

Producer Requirements:
-Proven experience in a production role where you've supported cross-functional teams in the creation and delivery of complex projects
-Experience with animation
-Expertise in Jira, ClickUp, Asana or equivalents
-Knowledge of GitHub, GitLab, Perforce
-Knowledge of Maya is a plus
-Ability to drive high velocity, high impact development cycles, balancing out short-term needs and long-term vision
-AAA games experience is a plus
