Our client, a global public relations agency, is seeking a part time Social Media Strategist with strong account management skills to join their team through December to support a luxury kitchen & bath brand!

**Please note: This is a fully remote position, estimated ~20-25 hours of work per week. You will need to work off of your own equipment!**

The Social Media Strategist will:

- Ideate and execute social-by-design (owned and paid) programs that complement the creative framework for a variety of programs, both earned and paid
- Tap into brand fans and enthusiasts who show passion and loyalty for the clients products and services by developing and executing consumer- and designer-centric programs big and small
- Develop large scale paid influencer programs and oversee its tactical development, strategic execution and post-program analysis
- Develop and manage organic social content calendars
- Develop large scale earned influencer programs including the ideation of unique and interesting ways to ensure influencers talk about the brand without #ad (including leading gifting and installation programming)
- Develop, run and manage several paid campaigns (Meta), drafting the campaign strategy, managing optimization and work with the paid experts on your team to make changes as needed
- Handle all aspects of community management for the brand, including tracking and measuring across all social channels / accounts (IG, Meta, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.)
- Work with partner agencies to obtain creative (design & copy) assets as well as user generated content (UGC) for layout and campaign strategy
- Engage in regular client and agency partner discussions
- Prepare and present plans to clients, agency partners and internal stakeholders; this includes effectively presenting data-based results and leveraging successes to build further work
- Manage a team to deliver industry leading reports back to our client and agency partners showing ROI, and connecting our earned, influencer and social strategy to sales, lift in awareness
- Brainstorm against new requests and challenges
- Oversee the development of 4 junior team members both as a formal people manager and day-to-day supervisor of work, delegating work to junior team members, reviewing it once complete and providing feedback

The Social Media Strategist must:

- Have at least 5 years of experience
- Have a BA in Public Relations, Communications or a related discipline
- Previous experience with home, fashion or luxury / premium brands preferred
- Be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and the Google Suite
- Previous experience with Sprout Social or similar scheduling platform required
- Previous experience with Pixlee is a plus but not required
- Have an understanding of social from owned, earned and paid perspectives
- Have proven experience developing social media channel strategy including content and media approach
- Previous experience working with social influencers and brand ambassadors is a big plus
- Have a strong understanding of how social-digital tactics can seamlessly integrate with earned media efforts
- Have in-depth knowledge of related trends and industry sector events
- Have proven experience leading teams to execute client programs with a blend of strong time management, leadership, team building, mentoring and client relation skills
- Have proven experience working in tandem with other creative agencies to develop comprehensive campaigns
- Have excellent verbal and written communications skills as well as an ability to develop and present compelling client proposals
- Thrive in a fast-pace environment
