Our client, a healthcare company, is looking for a Marketing Communications Specialist to join their team full time.

This role is hybrid, going into the office in Rye Brook, NY 3-4 times per week. A computer will be provided. This is a great opportunity to join a growing healthcare brand.

Marketing Communications Specialist Responsibilities:
- drive effective integration communications to both internal stakeholders and external audiences to promote business continuity and momentum during the merger timeline.
- Align, manage, and execute Communications and Marketing workflow locally for northern New York.
- Help to inform, engage and motivate internal team members through strategic communications initiatives, largely surrounding changes and updates related to post-merger integration activity
- Assist with internal and external email communications
- Convey the combined organizations future goals, vision, and strategy to key stakeholders
- Ensure high-quality and on-time project implementation
- Proactively identify operational and clinical challenges, and quickly work to implement solutions
- Ensure issues (public or internal) are promptly resolved or communicated to the correct stakeholders
- Work in concert with Communications and Marketing team and execute integration of initiatives
- Report to Senior Director, PR and Communications

Marketing Communications Specialist Qualifications:
- 5- 7 years of experience in Marketing/ Communciations/ PR
- Experience in PR is ideal
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including storytelling and proofreading skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the proven ability to handle (and deliver on) multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Innovative, detail-oriented, and a problem-solver
- Ability to articulate key points clearly and succinctly
- High quality control skills with superior attention to detail
- Ability to troubleshoot and ?nd and resolve the root cause of operational issues with minimal direction
