Our client, a well-known travel website / publication, is looking for a Head of Marketing to join their team full-time! This is ideally a hybrid role (onsite for meetings, events, etc.) but can be based in any of their major offices (NY, Chicago, Miami, or LA)!

*This role requires experience from a digital paid membership organization, focused on customer acquisition, and paid loyalty programs!!*

The Head of Marketing will:
-lead the full marketing function, including member lifecycle marketing (acquisition, activation, retention, etc.) for their subscriber loyalty program
-drive ROI by making creative decisions, and oversee digital marketing functions (SEO, SEM, and social) as well as trade marketing and PR / Communications
-solve complex strategic problems, and attract / build a team (this role will oversee a team of four, with plans to grow)

The Head of Marketing has:
-7-10 years of experience in acquisition / retention marketing, and strong experience in increasing membership for a digital subscription platform or loyalty program
-2+ years of experience in an executive-level marketing role
-experience from an online media company, such as Discovery, Expedia, Netflix, etc.
-ability to work by example, and a "builder" mentality
