Remote Research Analyst (survey experience required)

Our client, a nonprofit engineering organization, is seeking a part time Research Analyst to support their team for ~4 months of work, with the possibility to extend!

**Please note: This is a fully remote position, estimated ~20 hours of work per week. You will need to work off of your own equipment!**

The Research Analyst will be responsible for:

- Assisting in the programming, deployment and data collection (e.g. reminders) of numerous survey projects at various stages
- Uploading data from Qualtrics and creating cross tabs / verbatims
- Assisting with proofreading and verifying accuracy of the data in the final reports
- Assisting the Market Intelligence (MI) team in designing the questionnaire and developing content for surveys that will be sent to event attendees and volunteer, organization members and internal employees
- Deploying the surveys and sharing the raw data (in cross-tabs) with the MI team
- Organizing past reports and cross tabs


The Research Analyst must:

- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in market research or related function
- Have a BA/BS degree
- Have expert knowledge of Excel
- Have demonstrated analytic and problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail
- Prior experience programming and deploying surveys with Qualtrics or similar survey utility required
- Familiarity with Cvent is a plus but must be willing to learn additional software used (e.g, Cvent) for uploading conference lists
- Be able to multitask effectively
- Be comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Be able to work independently and remain organized in order to meet commitments and balance competing priorities
- Know when to ask for help or guidance
