Social Media Manager

Our client is a design firm, and they are seeking a Social Media Manager to join their growing team.

Please note: this role has the option to be fully remote.

Social Media Manager Responsibilities:
- Own the content calendars for the agencies clients; create and manage scheduled social posts and content.
- Come up with copy for social posts on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and TikTok.
- Schedule and deploy posts.
- Track metrics and report back on KPI's to the clients.
- Source images for social posts when needed, as well as resize in Photoshop.


Social Media Manager Requirements:
- 3+ years experience, ideally having worked on multiple client accounts at the same time.
- B2B or B2C experience
- Savvy with social media platforms and stays up to date with the latest trends in social.
- Experience digging into the metrics and suggesting ways to improve ROI.
- Great writing skills; you don't need to be a long-form writer but you do need to be able to come up with captions and short copy.
- Experience owning content calendars.
- Basic design skills are a huge plus!
