Our client, a PR agency, is looking for a full-time Head of Experiential to join their NY team. This will be a hybrid role (you will need to be onsite at least 2 days per week, but there will be flexibility).

The Head of Experiential will:
-create an event strategy, and then use that strategy to ideate / execute / produce the event (work with vendors, create teams on collateral, and other stakeholders as-needed)
-participate in new business pitches, and have a strategic mindset and ability to be client-facing
-have proven experience ideating and executing experiential activations / events for lifestyle and luxury clients (huge plus if you've worked on spirit brands)

The Head of Experiential has:
-ideally 12+ years of experience, specifically with experience working at an agency (if you're coming from a brand, client ideally wants you to have some background working at an agency as well)
-experience working on high-end luxury / lifestyle / liquor clients
-strong experience handling budgets, vendors, and logistics of event production
-ability to travel as-needed to events, and be both hands-on and strategic (this role will act as the number 2 to their CEO)
