Our client, a global financial data organization, is looking for a full time Brand Marketing Director dedicated to their talent acquisition and recruitment efforts.

This role requires you to be onsite in downtown Manhattan 3 days per week. You must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 in order to be considered.

In this role, the Brand Marketing Director (Talent Acquisition) will responsible for the strategy and hands-on execution of marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive talent to apply to the company's open roles. This is a new role for the company and you will be a team of one. Responsibilities include:

- Help define the company as a world-class employment brand that will attract a diverse pool of candidates globally
- Develop customized branding tool-kits for talent acquisition team and hiring leaders
- Partner internally with talent acquisition team, Employee Comms, Brand & Marketing, senior leaders, DEI, CSR and ERGs to embed company story and culture into employee value proposition
- Develop and implement employment marketing strategy for campus, program and experienced hiring to attract candidates and convert into hires
- Grow, enhance and optimize storytelling through social media, job boards, professional social networking sites, etc.
- Drive results measurement and strategy in partnership with talent teams
- Assist in planning and support of events

Qualifications for the Brand Marketing Director include:

- 8-15+ years of integrated marketing experience, with strong exposure to the digital and social space
- Proven ability to understand and connect business needs to marketing/branding/employer branding solutions
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Self-starter; able to work independently
- Ability to think creatively, design and advocate strategy and raise creative ideas
- Ability to translate strategic efforts into practical execution that result in engaging and attracting more candidates to the organization
