Our client, a well known insurance group, is looking for a Remote Web Project Coordinator to join their team for the next 3-6 months, with the potential to extend.

In this role, the Remote Web Project Coordinator will be working with the digital project management team to help coordinate 40+ web projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and to brief. Specific responsibilities include:

- coordinating and liaising with project stakeholders concerning project details and deliverables
- assisting in the planning and implementation of projects
- tracking and reporting project progress
- helping to coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables; monitor deadlines
- conducting administrative duties: setting up meetings, drafting plan and presentation decks
- working with the Project Manager on accomplishing additional tasks in an orderly and efficient manner
- creates and distributes internal and external correspondence relevant to the team, project or program .
- anticipating roadblocks and communicating all issues to management prior to reaching critical status

Requirements for the Web Project Coordinator include:

- 1-3 years of digital coordination or project management experience
- excellent organization and time management skills; natural problem solver
- experience with Excel and Powerpoint
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- knowledge of Agile methodologies, Jira and Google Analytics a plus!
