Our commercial real estate client is looking for a Graphic Designer / Marketing Coordinator to join their team on a fulltime basis. This role will eventually be onsite 5x at their downtown TO headquarters. This is a great opportunity if you're a Marketing Coordinator with design skills or a Graphic Designer with marketing skills.

What you'll be doing as the Graphic Designer / Marketing Coordinator in this role:
- Creating social media & branded content for each of their properties.
- Liaising with their creative design team to deliver assets including flyers, reports, brochures, and marketing packages.
- Performing day-to-day marketing support surrounding RFPs, PPT decks, and conferences.
- Delivering projects on time in a fast-paced environment, and collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Skills and Experience:
- 2+ years experience as a Graphic Designer, Project Coordinator, Marketing Coordinator, or Events Specialist
- InDesign and Microsoft Office
- Hard working, positive attitude, strong work ethic
- Real estate experience is a HUGE plus!
