Commercial real estate client is seeking a Marketing Manager to work with their team. This is a 40 hour/week, ongoing opportunity. This role requires 4 days/week in office in Irvine.

The ideal candidate has experience concepting 360-degree campaigns in the commercial real estate, B2B, luxury brand or creative agency spaces. You're highly collaborative and innovative with excellent time and project management skills.

MARKETING MANAGER DUTIES:
-Develop and manage 360-degree campaigns including messaging, creative direction and execution
-Plan email marketing campaign calendar
-Work with agency partners to ensure deliverables for all projects are being met on time
-Work with cross-functional teams to deliver marketing campaigns + assets for implementation
-Additional duties as assigned

MARKETING MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:
-3+ years of relevant experience
-Bachelor's Degree in communication, marketing or relevant field is required
-Commercial real estate, B2B, luxury brand or creative agency experience is preferred
-Proficient in Google Docs
-Strategic and creative thinker
-Highly detail oriented with excellent time + project management skills
