Ecommerce, D2C client is seeking a Paid Search Manager focused in Google Ads and Shopping to join their growing marketing team! This position reports direct to the Paid Search Director and will be the right-hand person.

Paid Search Manager Duties:
Set up, optimize, and report on the paid advertising campaigns within Google, Bing, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest. Campaigns will also include retargeting, display, and video ads.
Management of ad budgets across digital marketing platforms, A/B testing ad creatives, keyword research, setting up audiences, and optimizing for conversions and KPIs
Analysis of campaign data and reporting on recommendations and strategy on a weekly basis
Management of ad budgets, ad creative, and keyword research
Direct and manage outside agency vendor
Making sure all projects, questions from clients regarding paid media is addressed and handled professionally.
Actively collaborate with your Marketing teammates to align digital advertising campaigns with other ongoing campaigns
Work towards bringing all paid search channels to an acceptable baseline number and then growing it to increase the Lifetime Value and Revenue from paid search.
Work seamlessly with in house teams while being able to understand and explain the search behavior from performance to leadership

Requirements:
5+ years of Google Ads account management experience required. Google Shopping also required.
A strong passion for paid search. It is a part of your DNA.
Weekly Google Ads experience is required, you work in the Google Ads - Analytics accounts daily or weekly
Google Ads and Google Analytics certified nice to have
Experience with managing campaigns for B2C and Shopping/PLA.
2-3 years of experience in managing and creating paid campaigns for Facebook.
Knowledge or understanding of SEO
Experience in a startup with retail focus a plus.
Strong communication and participation with internal and/or external teams.
Experience with overseeing and collaborating with digital marketing agencies.
Experience in presenting reports, bringing your own insights to data, in PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
Knowledge of Retargeting/Remarketing, Display, and Rich Media/Video Advertising
