Leading travel company is seeking a Paid Media Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for tall tasks involved in the development, deployment, accuracy and performance of highly complex display marketing programs.

The ideal candidate will have an analytical mindset and drive to optimize campaigns for maximum efficiency and effectiveness. A strong direct response background and understanding of customer acquisition tactics is required. You should be very familiar with metrics like CPMs, CPC, CPA, CTR, and CLV.

Job Responsibilities:
Manage a display team and ensures delivery to a consistently high standard, cost effective and in line with business targets. Ideate, plan, measure and optimize complex campaigns and multiple platforms to meet and exceed objectives
Assume top level responsibility for multimillion-dollar display media budgets including monthly spend and performance forecasting, ensuring business profitability
Employ continuous optimization of bid strategies and A/B testing (creative, ads, landing pages, etc) to maximize conversion rates
Ability to report on campaigns results through MTA, CM, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Invoca & other tools
Leverage understanding of how the Google algorithm works and implication of decisions on buying models in relation to business objectives
Use best practices and monitor trends in display media marketing to best build and convert a digital audience
Translate and provide paid media plans for trafficking and work closely with adops trafficker to execute correctly
Partner with the creative team and partners for best in class creative executions
Drive the utilization and usage of dynamic ad solutions
Cross-channel and cross-function alignment to determine the most effective role of display campaigns and platforms
Enforce quality assurance checklists and adherence to brand guidelines
Monitor functionality of all creative on multiple operating systems and mobile
Develop, evaluate and maintain publisher relationships, tools & platforms
Stay current with industry trends and best practices
Deliver advanced concepts and opportunities in a clear and concise manner to a wide range of audience

Job Requirements:
- 4-6 years of hands on experience managing multi-million-dollar programmatic campaigns (dv360, Yahoo DSP, Google Display, Discovery, YouTube, Native)
Strong grasp of operational and optimization practices, and retargeting.
Performance marketing including lead generation experience (in-house teams or agencies) with bias for data driven decision making
Command of operational best practices and reporting excellence through platforms including CM, Google
Analytics, Adobe
Strong strategic written, spoken and thinking skills with the ability and confidence to make data-driven recommendations helping reach business goals
Understanding of how other Digital Media Channels (Paid Social, Video, SEM, etc.) contribute to overall campaign success
Some knowledge of SQL and visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, a plus
Previous experience in marketing for travel services is a plus
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners
Stay current with industry trends and best practices
