A major food services company is looking for Director, eCommerce Merchandising to join its newly forming eCommerce division. This is a FULL-TIME, HYBRID position that starts in August 2022.

Position is located in Houston and requires 3 days per week in the office.

The ideal candidate will help the eCommerce platform shift to a B2C model.

The Director, eCommerce Merchandising will lead in optimizing the UX for search and navigation. They will be optimizing lots of products, so the client is looking for someone who has managed LARGE categories.

The ideal candidate has experience managing online product lines and knows what is involved in running product lines end-to-end, storytelling those product lines, and managing the planning cross functionally with marketing, merchandising, or even with other teams like fulfillment.

This person will assist the team in creating new capabilities for the eCommerce platform and help develop new processes.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years experience
- Degree in related field + relevant experience
- Experience to some degree in finance, pricing, supply chain management
- Product launch calendar experience
- Proficiency in ecommerce analytics
- Proficiency in personalization concepts
