Our nonprofit client is looking for a fully remote Associate Director, Marketing Operations to join their team.

The Associate Director, Marketing Operations must have project management and operations experience, leading the research, implementation and adoption of marketing operations tools and strategies.

Associate Director, Marketing Operations Responsibilities:
- Manage department budgets, project processes, and overall workflow implementation to optimize resource and operations.
- Develop strategy to streamline budgets, contracts, RFPs, and other operations aligned to external resources.
- Research, identify and implement preferred project management tools to further improve processes.
- Align internal teams and advocate for adoption of new operations workflows and budget management processes.
- Manage direct reports, mentoring and developing to further support processes.

Associate Director, Marketing Operations Requirements:
- 7+ years project management and operations experience; management experience required.
- Proven experience owning end to end implementation of new project processes and tools; Asana or other project management experience required.
