Our association client in Washington DC, is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager (Paid Media) to join it's team!
This is a newly created position and will be remote until early 2024 in which case it will then be hybrid.

This is a mid level position reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing. Candidate will serve as an enterprise resource and knowledge leader for paid media and campaign management.

Digital Marketing Manager (Paid Media) Responsibilities:
- Create and manage the organizations digital ad placements, which currently includes the following ad platforms: Google Ads, Facebook/IG, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Manage reporting and analysis of all ad campaigns on a weekly/monthly basis and work with various internal or external stakeholders
- Manage paid social adverting placements and work with Senior Manager of Social Media to implement, track, and report on organic placements.
- Manage and optimize a portfolio of campaigns (including: continuing education, business intelligence, scholarships, recognition, etc.) and report on key performance indicators identified in each strategy.
- Create and update websites, landing pages, and posts content on client owned sites or social sites in support of campaign objectives.
- Establish engagement and behavioral metricsusing web data and tracking systemsto compile online reports and monitor activity.

Digital Marketing Manager (Paid Media) Requirements:
- 3+ years of marketing and paid media experience in a marketing department or agency.
- Proficiency in several of the following: Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Google DoubleClick, Google Tag Manager, Google Optimize, Facebook Business, LinkedIn, YouTube Studio
- Knowledge of CMS and CRM platforms particularly WordPress and Salesforce a huge plus!
- Experience in a digital focused role with solid understanding of ad platforms, certification preferred but not required.
- Understanding of best practices for digital ads and landing pages.
- Strong project/process management skills, editing skills and a high attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree
