Our client, one of the worlds largest real estate asset managers, is looking for a Graphic Designer to join their in-house team onsite!

This role is onsite five days per week!
The Graphic Designer Responsibilities:
-Reporting into the Design Director, you will design and produce brand-consistent, innovative materials that support marketing, communications and branding
-The marketing materials will be a mix of print and digital and will skew heavier on Print.
-You will be designing marketing collateral, brochures, sales one sheets, logos, invites, digital assets
-Working closely with the design team, you will be working with new and existing brands and campaigns, supporting in-house client marketing efforts

The Graphic Designer Qualifications
-4+ years of Graphic design experience
-Elevated, luxury design sense
-Previous real estate experience or experience working on a luxury brand or service is a major plus
-Must have strong typography skills and use of imagery
-Strong attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects at once while meeting deadlines
-Ability to create logos and graphics working within existing brand guidelines
-Experience with HTML/emails is a nice to have.
