Retail Wellness Company is seeking a Director of Brand and Customer Experience!

This is an exciting full time opportunity that will report onsite in West LA. Must be local to LA.

Reporting to the C-Suite and working closely with the Retail + Customer Service teams you'll be responsible for:
- leading revenue growth
- growing existing membership service and develop new loyalty program
- managing the creative services team
- establishing brand standards to ensure a consistent CX
- developing a content strategy to promote brand

Required:
- 8+ years in a Brand Management / Customer Experience (or related) role
- Experience in physical and digital marketing operations
- Experience successfully creating loyalty programs
- Proven leadership / managerial experience
- Ability to work cross functionally and build strong relationships with internal teams + external partners
- MBA highly preferred!
