Our B2B SaaS client is looking for a Field Marketing Manager / Strategist to join their team FULL TIME, fully remote!

The Field Marketing Manager / Strategist will be responsible for the following:
- Initiate, coordinate and participate in regular sales and team meetings to stay aligned with, understand, and share the territory and pipeline updates with the Revenue Marketing department
- Develop, communicate and execute a regional campaign strategy to achieve target number of attendees and MQLs
- Create and execute programs that grow pipeline, drive targeted consumption, increased account engagement and increased contactable customers
- Analyze and report on results and suggest enhancements to improve current and future activities
- Form direct relationships with field sales and SDR teams, ensuring sales priorities are met within marketing activities
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders that will help meet objectives (e.g. demand gen, marketing ops, sales development, product marketing)
- Tailor marketing campaigns to fit field territory needs and use cases (EMEA, North America, APAC)

The ideal Field Marketing Manager / Strategist should have the following experience:
- Deep expertise in marketing across many different functional areas including field marketing, email marketing, events and account-based marketing
- Must be able to prepare presentations and be comfortable speaking to groups
- Strong understanding of strategic and executional fundamentals in building/launching field marketing initiatives
- Must be comfortable dealing with sales/executive management; must be able to massage audience-specific content for targeted programs
- Excellent written and verbal skills, and ability to work as part of a distributed virtual team
- Attention to detail and discipline to follow established policies and processes from event design to execution to lead flow with project management skills, follow-through and ability to adhere to compliance policies
- Understands principles of Sales business, revenue and pipeline management
- Strong focus on showcasing ROI and leveraging data and analytics to improve programs and campaigns
