Product Marketing Director, Customer Success - Fully Remote/Off-site

Our well known SaaS client is looking for a Customer Success Marketing Director to join their team!

This Customer Success Marketing Director will be:
- Owning the development of positioning, messaging, value proposition and content that supports customer success portfolio and services offerings aligned with new product introductions
- Collaborating with core product management teams and sales enablement to ensure that customer success is aligned and featured, launched, that content, tools, and other customer success product marketing assets are effectively deployed to, and used by, the field and communicated effectively
- Creating, leading, managing, and measuring Customer Success product marketing and partner with audience and product marketers on lead generation initiatives to showcase the value of offerings
- Supporting customer and internal events (e.g. customer/partner conferences, sales meetings) by owning development of presentations/sessions/training as needed

Skills/Experience:
- A mix of marketing and/or customer experience strategy
- 10+ years experience in a Customer success GTM / product marketing function within B2B SaaS company, ideally focused on customer success products and services capabilities for the Director level role
- Experience measuring and improving the ROI of marketing investments and driving successful campaigns through business model leveraging
- Strong ability to develop a comprehensive, intuitive customer journey, spanning SMB customers to large global Enterprises
- Experience creating a consistent, impactful success engagement points across a complex multi-product customer journey
