Our Real Estate/Property Management client is looking for a freelance Traffic Manager with proven experience managing several digital projects at once for a large and cross-functional marketing and communications team.

The Traffic Manager will be the glue that holds the department together. In this role the Traffic Manager will handle project calendars, work requests and make sure that projects stay on budget and on time.

For this role the Traffic Manager will need to have experience managing projects that include print, digital, and media deliverables.


+ Excellent written & verbal communication skills
+ Proficient in MS Office Suite, PM software such as Asana, Google Doc's
+ Strong ability to negotiate and influence
+ Ability to develop and maintain traffic management guidelines and process documentation with the goal of continuous improvement to the traffic system and account management process.
+ Highly autonomous
+ Confidence - you will be working directly with department directors and dealing with clients.
