Our client, a small business social networking space, is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to ideate, conceptualize, design and build their platform's features and tools.
As a Senior Product Manager you will:
-Own product requirements from conceptualization to final launch
-Engage with network members to understand their needs to help build responsive product functionality
-Collaborate closely with engineers to come up with new product ideas, flush out product requirements, made trade-offs based on implementation costs, and oversee the product implementation and testing process
-Make decisions based on onboarding, engagement and retention data
-Assist the VP of Product in the creation of a comprehensive product roadmap
The ideal candidate will have:
- 8+ years of experience
- A startup based background with experience independently owning complex digital products
- An understanding of UX and user behavior
- Empathy to get in the mind of small businesses and help them solve problems at scale.
- Experience managing a cross-functional team
