Web Content and Data Coordinator - WFH during Covid-19

Our law firm client in Washington, DC is looking for a Web Content and Data Coordinator to join their team. This position is currently remote and will go onsite in the future.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing website content, email contact data, pulling analytics reports.

Duties of the Web Content and Data Coordinator:
- Work with management to project manage new web projects
- Coordinate edits and technical support for the firm's website - ensure all pages are linked correctly, no misspellings or grammatical mistakes
- Monitor and assess competitor's online presence
- Support SEO updates and efforts across the practice, areas of expertise, etc
- Assist with the research and uploading of content to intranet site - ensure content is properly uploaded for specific departments
- On a daily basis review and process all preference forms, unsubscribes to ensure compliance with global data protection laws
- Review digital marketing activities and ensure the database is cleaned up with regards to correct activity types ie. Website, email, etc
- Run weekly reports on web page visits, new subscribers, etc
- Monitor CRM for duplicate contacts and correct invalid or out of date records
- Monitor assigned inboxes for inquires and update contact information as needed

Requirement of the Web Content and Data Coordinator:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience with data maintenance, website, digital or email marketing platforms,
- Knowledge of Google Analytics or other online reporting tool
- Experience working with CMS or CRM
- Comfortable lightly copy editing or proofreading content for websites
