Our client in eCommerce is rapidly building a best-in-class team that can make an immediate impact in an emerging space that is racing to achieve brand loyalty.

The Director of Loyalty / Promotions will be a critical member of that team. You will be charged with developing a strategic road map for re-vamping the existing loyalty program across all 4 brands. Please apply if you are data and KPI obsessed and have experience leading loyalty and promotions strategy experience.

Director of Loyalty / Promotions RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop new program features, promos & initiatives to deliver against program KPI’s and lead the successful roll out across all customer touch points (stores, e-commerce, CRM, mobile, social, partners).
- Lead cross-functional implementations partnering with internal groups from CRM, Brand Marketing, Creative, Finance, Customer Relations, IT and eCommerce, as well as any external partners and vendors.
- Maintain key program performance metrics/reports, including a weekly scorecard with KPI tracking.
- Maintain promotional & marketing calendars, and collateral samples.

Director of Loyalty / Promotions REQUIREMENTS:
- 6+ years of experience in a Program Manager role with hands-on experience driving loyalty and promotions program strategy, definition and prioritization.
- Effectively uses website analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics/Omniture) and tag management tools (e.g., Google Tag manager, Adobe Dynamic Tag Manager) to gain actionable insight.
- Loyalty Marketing Expertise: Knowledge of customer loyalty and engagement strategies, tactics, tools and production.
- An analytical person who is comfortable working with large sets of data, and knows how to determine statistical significance and draw insights from data reports.
