Brand Marketing Specialist - Fully Remote/Off-site

Our client, a medical device company based in NJ, is looking for an experienced Brand Marketing Specialist to join their team, fully remote, for at least 3 months with the possibility to extend or convert to full-time.

The Brand Marketing Specialist will report to and work alongside the VP of Marketing to develop and execute on project plans for product launches for multiple brands.

Top 3 Brand Marketing Specialist Requirements:
1. Product launch experience (ideally from the medical device space)
2. Project management experience
3. Exposure to working with sales teams

Brand Marketing Specialist Details:
• Hands on execution role

Brand Marketing Specialist Duties:
• Identify actionable brand insights that help shape brand strategy and direction
• Develop marketing and launch plans for branded products across identified channels
• Design and execute innovative programs and initiatives in alignment with brand strategic imperatives and behavioral objectives
• Partner with key stakeholders including sales, Global Marketing, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall brand strategy, messaging, and for the execution of launch plans
• Develop and manage marketing concepts, messages and materials in collaboration/ coordination with global marketing team and US Centers of Excellence
• Support sales trainings and customer events with marketing materials development, customer communications, and post meeting follow up
• Contribute to the planning and execution of sales meetings, tradeshows and events as it relates to brand communications and deliverables
• Establish tracking criteria and KPIs for key initiatives to measure success and share key learnings and best practices within the organization
• Accountable for ensuring brands meet or exceed revenue targets and/or unit forecasts
• Oversee/maintain brand assets for all channels (e.g. websites, marketing materials, etc.) and manage promotional collateral fulfillment program for all of Marketing
