Our client, the in-house agency of a NYC-based education group, is looking for a Freelance Account / Project Manager to join their team on an ongoing, permalance basis.

***Please note, this role will require you to be onsite 2 days per week, starting in May. You will be required to wear a mask in the office and fill out a daily COVID attestation form. The dress code is business professional; jeans and sneakers are not permitted.***

In this role, the Freelance Account / Project Manager will act as the liaison between the agency and client teams, responsible for the strategic development and execution of creative materials across all formats. Responsibilities include:

- work with client stakeholders to evaluate initiatives and distill business objectives
- work with agency team to develop creative solutions and across departments to deliver projects
- create timelines, workflows, meeting agendas, etc. and ensure timely delivery
- manage and balance multiple projects simultaneously
- commute project updates and progress to stakeholders

Requirements for the Freelance Account / Project Manager include:

- 2-3+ years of account management and / or marketing project management experience; preferably in a fast-paced agency setting
- Bachelors degree
- deep understanding of creative agency processes
- excellent communication skills; ability to build relationships and effectively present to all levels of an organization
- strong team player, natural ability to take lead, navigate challenges and identify solutions
