Rate Up to $85,000 salary range,dependent on experience.
Our agency client is looking to hire a Paid Digital Media Strategist.

Day to Day:
- Develop, execute and manage multiple campaigns, for multiple clients during any given week
- Building audience targeting plans and campaign structures
- Determining a targeting strategy (both in platform and via additional audience networks)
- Influencing the creative direction of ad content through performance insights and best practices
- Optimizing budgets
- Track, monitor and adjust the performance of multiple campaigns at once, in the ad platform, and in Google Analytics
- Setup and troubleshoot conversion tracking across campaigns
- Identify areas of opportunity in a given campaign or market including utilizing cross-platform insights to expand audience targeting, improve creative, and A/B test

Background / Experience we are seeking:
- 3 to 5 years paid social experience
- Experience with Google ads Facebook and LinkedIn on the paid side
- 2+ years experience in paid digital including Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Comfortable in a client-facing role
- Ability to work independently but also collaboratively as part of a team with other strategists, account managers, and subject matter experts
- Must be comfortable with data analysis in Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn, and paid platforms
