Our client, a growing digital marketing agency with 120+ household name clients is seeking a Director of Paid Search to run all PPC campaigns for clients as well as build out an internal team!

This is a remote role but will be onsite full-time down the line (full-time salary role)

The ideal Director of Paid Search will:
- Be the point person for all PPC campaigns for all clients ranging from strategizing, initiating client facing meetings, putting together budgets and actually executing the campaigns across Google, Bing, YouTube etc.
- This candidate will also build and personally hire a 3-5 person team from account managers to junior candidates that will report directly into you
- You will manage the entire team and help with big picture strategy all the way to executing the actual campaigns and reporting on results (no project too big or too small!)

The ideal Director of Paid Search must:
- Have 5+ years of client facing agency experience who can build and hire a team
-You must be also scrappy with a mindset that allows you take on new and large projects or small and easy projects with no ego
-Be comfortable building out and managing your own team while also servicing clients
