Our client, a global agency with a focus on B2B, technology and finance, is looking for a smart, tenacious, hungry Senior Business Development / Account Director to join their team, with an NYC homebase. In order to be considered for this role, you must have DEEP agency experience.

***Please note, the Senior Business Development / Account Director will be the sole team member on the ground in NYC, responsible for identifying business development opportunities and bringing in new clients. You'll report to the Head of Business Development in London and over see two Account Directors based in Detroit. In this role, the Senior Business Development / Account Director will be responsible for:

- Leading the successful recruitment of new clients and work, in alignment with revenue and profit targets
- Cultivate new business opportunities through identifying client needs and project requirements
- Work with senior management to lead new business meetings, presentations and pitches
- Manage and grow business opportunities within current clients, attaining targets for revenue, profit and client satisfaction.
- Support the delivery of day-to-day projects
- Parlay deep understanding and business development skills into strong relationships with senior clients
- Help manage budgets and timelines, overseeing all deliverables to meet client specifications.
- Oversee development of client presentations and other important communication ensuring it is clear, compelling and persuasive

In order to be considered for this role, the Senior Business Development / Account Manager must have:

- Deep agency experience, working on B2B, technology and / or financial services clients
- Proven experience pitching and winning new business on a large scale
- Top notch communication, presentation and relationship building skills
- Understands areas of opportunity, how to drive business and develop teams
- Highly intelligent, hungry, excellent EQ levels
- The ability to collaborate and partner with internal teams nationally and in London on a regular basis
