Our client, a marketing insights/ analytics platform for social media, is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their growing team, full time.

This is a great opportunity for a self-starter to join a small team at a new company and grow as it does. You will be working directly with the founder.

The Marketing Project Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Acting as point of contact for clients and communicating client needs to the owner and operations team
- Maintaining global project timelines and following up on deliverables
- Preparing final documents for handoff from operations to client
- Working heavily in Excel using Vlookups and basic formulas
- Entering and maintaining client records in CRM system
- Creating templated landing pages on WordPress - willing to train

The Marketing Project Coordinator will have the following qualifications:
- Ideally 1-2 years work experience, internship experience is OK too.
- Must have experience working in Excel (intermediate -V lookups, etc.)
- Experience creating landing pages from templates on WordPress a plus
- Entrepreneurial spirit, high attention to detail, well organized.
- Experience in a client facing role over email and phone
