Our healthcare client is looking for their next Director of Marketing Communications.

This role is:
- Remote during Covid-19, will be onsite at their St. Paul location when able
- Direct-hire

The ideal candidate:
- 10+ years' expeirence leading marcomm initiatives, both at the strategic and tactical levels
- Experience working with diverse communities**
- Healthcare / nonprofit / philanthropic experience preferred
- Experience managing direct reports

You will be responsible for leading all marketing activities that achieve strategic growth (across healthcare services and patient growth), increase brand recognition, and philanthropic support. This includes:
- Develop, implement, and evaluate marcomm strategies and tactics
- Measure, report, and find best ways to optimize campaigns
- Act as main point of contact for ad agency partners, media contacts, and crisis communications
- Manage direct reports
- Seek out information across the organization about business priorities, key initiatives, and how to differentiate the organization within the market
