Our client is looking for a key role, CME Account Director, to join their team. You are an exceptional client realtionship builder, a continuous leaner and very familiar with the CME process.

What you'll be doing as the CME Account Director:
- Leading and managing the Client relationship of one major account.
- Building deep, trusting relationships with the Client's senior team.
- Driving business growth, establishing targets and being accountable for planning and account budget.
- Leading client project meetings, ensuring the client is clear on next steps.
- Using your experience in the pharma and CME space.
- Interacting with Advisory Boards, keeping KOLs up to date on progress, news etc.
- Providing strategic input to the client, based on a thorough understanding of the marketing, target audience and their business objectives.
- Establishing, building and maintaining strong relationships with key client contacts.
- Continuously learning about the client's treatments, scientific developments etc. as well as those in the market. - Setting expectations as it pertains to agency process, timelines, project scope, approval process etc.
- Ensuring delivery of quality output from agency and vendors.
- Mitigating risk by identifying issues and putting contingency plans in place.
- Working with account team and mentoring as required.
- Ensuring client objections are handled fairly and appropriately.

Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years in Account management or similar (agency exp).
- Ideally you have exp working with client in Oncology.
- Highly organized, ensuring programs are executed efficiently and delivered on budget and on time.
- Professional communication style to ensure any and all client issues are addressed swiftly, thoughtfully and fairly.
- Pro-active; able to recognize potential issues and work with team/ client to resolve.
- Experience working with Advisory Boards and KOLs.
- Excellent presenter and negotiator.
- Develop strong relationships with client.
- Desire to continuously learn and deepen learning on clients brand, treatments, science and the market.
- Own programs and accept full accountability for success of programs.
