UX Researcher - Fully Remote/Off-site

Our client, a pharmaceutical and tech company for humans and animals is seeking a UX Researcher based in the mid-west to conduct UX research for a new mobile app they are developing!

This is a remote role, but 30-40% will be traveling in the midwest to do UX researcher with app users aka farmers and livestock managers

The ideal UX Researcher will:
-Conduct user feedback sessions, analysis and synthesis of research data
- Understanding user centric design approaches and applying those to the development of the app
- Creating surveys and tests to get data on user flow and user interactions
- Work with global team ranging from UX Designers, to Data Scientists and Product Owners
- Interview users one on one to get feedback

The ideal UX Researcher must:
- Have 5+ years of UX Research experience (design skills are also a plus)
- Be comfortable traveling to rural farms across the US and occasionally being around animals (pigs) and livestock
- Have experience working with large digital teams from data scientists to UX designers
- Have experience consulting with key stake holders to prioritize user centric design approaches and methodologies
