Our client, a well-known boutique bridal design company, is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join their team Full Time as soon as possible.

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Setting up and deploying B2B emails
- Managing the corporate website content including retailer database and event calendar
- Helping to build relationships with retailers
- Assisting with creating new presentations and sales materials (including trade show materials) to promote the company to retailers and partners
- Working with sales teams manager on retailer campaigns, promotions, and surveys
- Working with the European Marketing Coordinator to ensure global communications are aligned
- Ensuring promotional materials are up to date / in stock by coordinating with graphics department, inventorying stock, placing orders, verifying receipt
- Managing Facebook ad campaigns
- Distributing weekly and monthly web, email, and social media performance reports
- Administrating travel abroad program for retailers
- Overseeing industry award calendar and managing company submits for global awards

The Marketing Coordinator will have the following qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience working in B2B fashion / retail space
- Knowledgeable in MailChimp, Google Docs, Google Analytics
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite and Graphic Design skills ideal
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
